We were renters first. Rooms that looked warm in photos but felt cold on arrival, a key handed over by someone who then disappeared, and every small problem left to the guest.
Dingdong Homes exists to answer that question the plain way: do it properly. Every apartment is chosen, fixed up and run as if we were the ones staying in it.
How we work

No apartment gets treated as the “important” one.
Before each stay an apartment goes through its own checklist — cleaning, fresh linen, appliance checks. The work is assigned and tracked in our system with photo confirmation, not left to memory.
The price you see includes every fee. Booking direct on this site is the best rate we can offer, because nobody sits in between.

Our apartments sit in The Sun Avenue and Diamond Island — quiet riverside neighbourhoods in the former District 2, now Thu Duc City. District 1 is about 8 minutes away by car, Tan Son Nhat airport about 30.
Many apartments look straight onto the river or Landmark 81. Door-to-door airport pickup is available if you land at an awkward hour.
