Cancellation policy

Unpaid bookings are released automatically when the hold expires, free of charge. For paid bookings: cancel 5 or more days before check-in for a 100% refund; 2–4 days before for a 50% refund; cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. In cases of force majeure (declared natural disasters or epidemics), contact our hotline for a flexible date change or refund.
